Application Form & Submission Process
Applications must be completed in full and be submitted online by the final deadline of March 31st. Applicants age, education or language education will not act as a deterrent in the application process. Candidates will be selected on the basis of submitted materials. Please indicate Session 1, Session 2 or a combination as appropriate. There is no application fee.

All submissions are to be made online! You may upload your completed application form and related material including audio files (MP3 Format) using the application upload page. When all your materials are received you will receive a confirmation email from us. Please be sure your completed Application Form is uploaded with your other files. Please review the application criteria as outlined on the Application Form. Please read the guidelines for submission carefully; incomplete applications will not be considered.
If you have not received a confirmation regarding receipt of your files within 3 days of your upload, please send us an email accordingly.
Recordings
Recordings should be chosen which best exemplify your voice. They do not have to be professional quality, but more importantly should be un-edited as there are no live auditions. Mp3 files must be no larger than 8 MB in size, must be free of any special characters (i.e. accented letters or apostrophes), and should be clearly labled with Your Name, Aria Title and Composer (i.e. YourName_AriaTitle_Composer.mp3). If your files are too large our server will not accept the files. . Maximum of 3 recordings per applicant.
Photograph and Resume
A photograph of yourself (it does not have to be a headshot), and your resumé to date: especially for those who want to audition in Germany in the near future.
If you have access to PDF creation software, we highly recommend you PDF all or your files prior to uploading to our servers. There are many free options out there for PDF creation. We recommend Cute PDF Writer.
Scholarships
There are a limited number of partial scholarships available to those candidates displaying both particular need and ability. A letter must be included with your application if you wish to be considered for a scholarship. Further details are available in the application form.
